About the Recipe
Try our organic, homemade granola to use in multiple recipes. It is so easy and versatile, even to add more your preferred ingredients to your liking.

Ingredients
All Organic
·    3 cups of rolled steel cut oats
·    1/2 cup neutral oil (olive or avocado)
·    1/2 cup of maple syrup OR local honey
·    2 tsp cinnamon
·    2 tsp vanilla extract
·    1 tsp salt
·    I cup of nuts (mix or use 1 or 2 to equal a full cup: walnuts, pecans or almonds. I like to crush the walnuts or pecans and use sliced almonds)
Preparation
·       Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
·       Mix all ingredients
·       Line a baking sheet with non-bleached parchment paper
·       Pour mixture and smooth out on parchment paper
·       Bake for 10 minutes
·       Take out of oven and mix it around and smooth out again
·       Bake for another 10 minutes
·       Let cool for 30 to 45 minutes
·       Can store in freezer for up to 6 months or in pantry for 3 months
